Deposit
A $99-250 non-refundable deposit reserves our mobile or main instructor(s) and equipment for your on-site training
Deposit applies toward the total session cost
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancel ≥7 days before: deposit can be applied to a reschedule
Cancel <7 days: deposit is non-refundable
Rescheduling: new date within 30 days, subject to instructor availability
Group Size
Up to 12 participants per instructor (ARC/AHA guideline)
Larger groups may require additional instructors (additional fees)
Required Materials
All participants must bring:
CPR pocket mask with one-way valve (adult/child). Purchase via the AHA Store or Combo Kit at check-in for $19.99
BLS Provider Manual (digital or printed) reviewed before class
We recommend bringing a printed version — reusable for future renewals, since materials update about every 3–4 years.
Digital version expires after 2 years and may need to be repurchased for renewal. Purchase at AHA Store.
